The hotel is situated in a serene environment that offers a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are elegantly designed with works of art displayed in alcoves that add charm and elegance. The separate men and women onsen are a wonderful introduction to the art of bathing. The breakfast offered is spectacular, with delicious Japanese-style dishes and innovative and fun facilities and amenities for guests to enjoy.
The staff seemed unfamiliar with restaurant recommendations, which could be improved for visitors.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom had high-quality toiletries and free Wi-Fi was available. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of dishes. The shuttle bus service was a great advantage and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Although the heating was efficient, our room had a not so great view. , the public bath was not a hot spring but rather filled with heated underground water.

We loved everything about this place! The location in a residential area provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and leisure trips. The staff here was incredibly friendly and warm, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable - they even helped us make restaurant reservations in advance and provided us with detailed instructions and notes. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with a zen-like ambience that added to our sense of tranquility. The onsen, a traditional Japanese hot spring, was a true delight - clean and often empty, allowing for a private and relaxing experience. We were also impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast options, and appreciated the additional amenities such as the free shuttle service and the cozy lounge area.
We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
